Rob is an award-winning serial-entrepreneur and director, trained by world-leading accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has enjoyed a successful 20-year career, leading business transformation and growth for the world's biggest companies, UK public sector bodies, and a wide range of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. He is now dedicated to coaching and partnering with SME Owners to help them realise sustainable and guaranteed growth, using his Pendleton Business Waterwheel™ tool. Rob also leads training and development of new Pendleton coaches, who join us to dramatically increase the value they can offer their clients, as part of longer more sustainable relationships. He grew up in Cornwall, coaches Wadebridge Camels U12s rugby, loves to travel with his two boys and is a scuba diving instructor in his spare time.

Mags is an experienced Actuary, award-winning Thought Leader, graduate of the BBC Academy for expert TV Presenters, and an experienced Non-Exec Director - chairing boards for IMERYs and Cornwall Council. Her career began over 20 years ago in the PwC graduate scheme, advising companies on financial and pension scheme matters. Helping businesses flourish was what she loved, so Mags moved on to establish consulting teams within HSBC, Schroders and Mazars and is committed to helping her clients be the best that they can be. As part of the executive team at Pendleton, Mags drives consulting strategy and operations, as well as working with clients. A Freeman of the City, Mags is also a keen musician, founding the annual Crantock Chamber Music Series, and is a pianist for the National Trust performing regular recitals.

Robbie is an under-graduate student currently studying International Business at the University of West England (UWE) in Bristol. Robbie already has valuable experience in digital marketing, through his own start up company, which he runs a long side his degree, and supports Pendleton by managing the development of our online CRM portal, through a 3rd-party specialist consultancy. Outside of studying at university, Robbie likes to go out for food and drinks with friends, and has a passion for fitness, playing football on a regular basis, training at the gym and committing to a healthy lifestyle.

Robert is Director of Strategic Innovation and a Partner of award-winning law firm, Stephens Scown. For 8 years, Robert was Managing Partner, doubling the Firm in size, to a turnover of £20m and over 300 staff. He was instrumental in implementing the ground-breaking employee ownership scheme “Scownership”, and Stephens Scown has appeared in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For, for six consecutive years. Robert is also: a Director of nuBright Limited; NED for Vickery Holman (commercial property); former NED for Cornwall and Isle of Scilly LEP; Board Director for the Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink; Trustee and Director for New Wine; and Trustor and Director for Hope for Justice. Pendleton are delighted to benefit from his advice and support as our NED for Growth. In his spare time Robert loves cycling and travel (with or without his bike!).

Lee has driven growth within dozens of businesses over the last 20 years, from exciting start-ups to multinational corporations like EE and Worldpay, helping them thrive through shaping and executing an effective sales strategy, training and coaching their salespeople and managers, and even jumping on the phone to help them close sales when needed! His hands-on career to date, has developed and refined his ability to coach owners of small and medium sized businesses, and allows him to create and implement simple but effective plans to help guarantee growth. When he’s not working hard for Pendleton clients he manages his local men’s football team and takes part in triathlons, with his first Ironman scheduled for 2021!

Robert is a dedicated sales professional, trained in the art of high ticket closing by best selling author, and millionaire entrepreneur Dan Lok. His background working within luxury hospitality corporate sales, means he specialises, from start to finish, in fulfilling each and every client's needs and expectations along their Pendleton journey, in a complete relaxed, non pushy and ethical way. Robert has lived and worked internationally, growing up in Spain and more latterly spending 14 years in beautiful Devon, where he now spends his free time with his wife on walks, dining out or catching a movie.

Sam rose through the ranks of Boots and Estée Lauder to become a leading UK buyer and marketeer, before joining entertainment retailer Game, where she used data auditing and analytics to optimise revenue. She now specialises in helping small and medium sized businesses to build their brands, market, and sell; achieving sustainable, yet dramatic growth with exciting, memorable campaigns. When she’s not in the office, she spends time renovating houses, sharing good food with friends and supports local charities through fundraising.

Sean is a prolific Business Developer with an established track record of implementing effective business systems, creating, developing, managing and motivating effective sales teams, and, working as a passionate, and results focused negotiator. He has worked successfully with a wide range of companies (from ITV to Hills Waste Management) and brings an honest, innovative and proactive approach to his Business Development work for Pendleton. Sean is accomplished at networking and building relationships, at all levels, across a broad business spectrum and makes sure his clients get the right Pendleton package for their business, every time. Sean is passionate about politics, the NHS and the environment and likes to relax listening to music and socialising with friends.
